1. Acceptance

By using ReSchool, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the platform.

2. Service scope

ReSchool provides cloud-based operational software for school administration, academics, communication, finance, and related workflows.

3. Account responsibilities

• Keep account credentials secure
• Report unauthorized access immediately
• Maintain accurate institutional and user information

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Do not attempt unauthorized access or disruption
• Do not upload malicious code or prohibited content
• Do not misuse data belonging to other institutions

5. Data and ownership

Schools retain ownership of their institutional data. ReSchool processes data to deliver and improve services under applicable contractual and legal obligations.

6. Billing and payments

Subscription fees are billed per agreed plan terms. Payment processing is handled through approved payment providers. Pricing updates are communicated in advance where applicable.

7. Availability and support

We operate with reliability targets and maintenance procedures. Scheduled maintenance may occasionally affect availability.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate per contractual terms. Data export options are provided for a limited period following termination.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect and consequential liabilities are excluded. Total liability is limited to fees paid under the applicable period, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bangalore, Karnataka.
